摘　　要："互助养老"作为正式和非正式养老体系有机结合的重要模式,其中蕴含着由亲友构成的熟人支持网络向社会陌生老年人群体延伸的阶层性互助理念。通过对天津市和平区S社区互助养老项目作为实证研究,文章发现老年人群体内部的社群隔离问题是阻碍互助养老项目发展的关键。其产生的根本原因在于群体内部成员交往、互动的缺乏。应对策略既需要调整项目设置,促进群体内部沟通,还需从物质、精神、价值三方面激励成员互动参与。"Mutual support for the aged"is an important model of the organic combination of formal and informal pension systems.It contains the idea that the acquaintance support network made up of relatives and friends extends to the old stranger group in the society.However,when taking S community mutual support project in Heping District of Tianjin as the object of empirical study,it is found that the social isolation within the elderly group is the key to hinder the development of mutual support project for the elderly.The root cause lies in the lack of communication and interaction among members within the group.In this regard,on the one hand,the project setting should be adjusted to promote intra-group communication;on the other hand,the interaction and participation of group members should be encouraged from three aspects of material,spirit and value.
