摘　　要：目的:观察普拉洛芬滴眼液联合高浓度玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗老年干眼症的疗效和安全性。方法:老年干眼症患者85例(170眼)随机分为对照组42例(84眼)和联合组43例(86眼)。对照组患者给予0.3%玻璃酸钠滴眼液1滴,每日4次滴眼;联合组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用普拉洛芬滴眼液1滴,每日4次滴眼。两组患者均连续治疗14 d后观察临床疗效和药品不良反应发生情况,比较治疗前后的干眼主观症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、角膜荧光染色(FL)评分变化。结果:联合组患者治疗总有效率(95.3%)显著高于对照组(71.4%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的干眼主观症状评分、BUT、SIT、FL评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且联合组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者眼部刺激症状评分分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未出现严重并发症。结论:普拉洛芬滴眼液联合高浓度玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗老年干眼症疗效显著,能较快改善干眼症状,提高泪膜稳定性,且安全性较高。Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of pranoprofen eye drops combined with high-concentration of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of senile patients with dry eyes.Methods:Eighty-five senile patients(170 eyes)with dry eyes were divided into control group 42 cases(84 eyes)and combination group 43 cases(86 eyes)at random.Control group was given 0.3%sodium hyaluronate eye drops,one drop each time,q6 h.Combination group was additionally given pranoprofen eye drops,one drop each time,q6 h.The clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction(ADR)were compared between the two groups after 14 days treatments.The dry eye symptom scores,break-up time of tear film(BUT),SchirmerⅠtest(SIT),corneal fluorescence staining(FL)score were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate(95.3%)of combination group was significantly higher than that of control group(71.4%)(P<0.05).After the treatment,the dry eye symptom scores,BUT,SIT,FL scores were improved obviously than before(P<0.05),those indexes of combination group were significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the score of eye inrritation between the two groups(P>0.05).No significant ADR was observed in both two groups.Conclusion:For senile patients with dry eyes,pranoprofen combined with high-concentration of sodium hyaluronate could improve the symptoms and increase tear film stability.It shows good safety.
