双歧三联活菌胶囊对结肠癌术后化疗相关性腹泻的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊对结肠癌术后化疗相关性腹泻患者的疗效,为该病的治疗提供参考。方法选择2017年5月至2019年5月在本院接受治疗的90例结肠癌术后化疗相关性腹泻患者为研究对象,回顾性分析其治疗方案并分为对照组(48例,接受常规治疗)和研究组(42例,接受双歧三联活菌胶囊联合常规治疗)。两组患者持续治疗1周后对比其治疗效果,肠黏膜屏障功能指标[二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LA)、内毒素(Endotoxin)],营养相关指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、前白蛋白(PA)]水平和药物相关不良反应发生情况的差异。结果治疗1周后,研究组患者治疗总有效率(100.00%)大于对照组(89.58%)患者,同时其疗效分级差异也有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者血清中DAO、D-LA、Endotoxin的水平低于对照组,而Hb、ALB、TRF、PA的水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者均未发生明显药物相关不良反应。结论双歧三联活菌胶囊辅助治疗可有效增加结肠癌术后化疗相关性腹泻的治疗效果,安全性良好。Objective To observe the effect of Bifid Triple Viable Capsules on postoperative chemotherapy-induced diarrhea in patients with colon cancer and provide a reference for treatment.Methods A total of 90 colon cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy-induced diarrhea in our hospital during May 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled.The treatment methods were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into control group(n=48,conventional treatment),or observation group(n=42,Bifid Triple Viable Capsule combined with conventional treatment).After 1 week of continuous treatment,the efficacy,levels of intestinal mucosal barrier function indicators[Diamine oxidase(DAO),D-lactic acid(D-LA),Endotoxin],nutrition-related indicators[Hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF),prealbumin(PA)]and occurrence of drug-related adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in control group(89.85%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum levels of DAO,D-LA and Endotoxin were lower,while those of Hb,ALB,TRF and PA were higher in observation group than those in control group(all P<0.05),respectively.During treatment,no significant drug-related adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Bifid Triple Viable Capsule can effectively increase the efficacy of treatment for postoperative chemotherapy-related diarrhea in patients with colon cancer,with satisfactory safety.
