摘　　要：轴端轴箱拧紧信息化系统主要应用于铁路行业客车轮对轴端、轴箱螺栓的组装作业。伴随着快速的发展,生产装配对于拧紧数据的管理要求越来越严格。因此在准确拧紧螺栓的基础上,设计了一种可行性的信息化系统方案,将拧紧数据进行采集、分析、存储和上传,为产品的质量安全和后期的数据查询追溯提供帮助。The equipment in this paper is mainly used in assembling the axle end and axle box bolts of passenger cars in railway industry.With the rapid development,management requirements of tightening data in production and assembly are getting more demanding.Therefore,this paper puts forward a new application design,which provides a feasible information system scheme based on accurate tightening of bolts,can be used to collect,analyze,store and upload tightening data,and provide support for product quality and safety and subsequent data query and tracing.
