摘 要:铸造起重机一般为四梁双小车结构,主要用于炼钢车间吊运铁水包和钢水包,且铁水包和钢水包的耳轴方向在整个流程中保持不变,翻包时只能平行主梁方向倾翻。但是,当铁水包和钢水包的耳轴方向需要旋转90°时,必须采用四梁双小车吊钩旋转铸造起重机。为解决这一问题,开发设计了双主梁单小车垂直主梁倾翻铸造起重机,其结构特点是主、副钩排列由传统的平行主梁改为垂直主梁,且主、副起升机构布置在同一小车上。用该机型替代四梁双小车吊钩旋转铸造起重机,既能满足工艺要求,又可节省设备和厂房投资。Casting cranes are generally of the structure of four girders and two trolleys,which are mainly used for lifting ladles and steel ladles in steel-making workshops.In the whole process,the direction of trunnions of ladles and steel ladles shall be kept unchanged,and ladles and steel ladles can only be turned over in the direction parallel to the girder.However,when the trunnion needs to rotate 90,a casting crane with four girders,two trolleys and rotating hooks must be used.To solve this problem,a tilting casting crane with a double-girder,single trolley,and vertical tilted girder is developed and designed,with traditional parallel girder changed into vertical girder in the arrangement of main and auxiliary hooks,and the main and auxiliary hoisting mechanisms are arranged on a same trolley.Using this crane to replace the casting crane with four girders,two trolley and rotary hooks can not only meet process requirements,but also reduce costs in equipment and workshops.
