协同护理模式联合共情护理对产后抑郁初产妇自我效能感及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察协同护理模式联合共情护理对产后抑郁初产妇自我效能感及生活质量的影响。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2013年10月—2017年7月286例产后抑郁初产妇,按照入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,各143例。对照组给予常规护理,在此基础上观察组实施协同护理模式联合共情护理,对比2组干预前后抑郁情绪、自我效能感、生活质量及干预后母亲角色适应程度。结果2组EPDS、GSES、SF-36评分干预前比较无显著差异;干预后2组EPDS、GSES、SF-36评分均较干预前改善,且观察组EPDS评分较对照组低,GSES、SF-36评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。干预后观察组母亲角色适应程度较对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论协同护理模式联合共情护理可有效缓解产后抑郁初产妇的抑郁情绪,有利于提高其自我效能感及生活质量,促进早期适应母亲角色。Objective The effect of collaborative nursing mode combined with empathic nursing on self-efficacy and quality of life of primipara with postpartum depression.Methods 286 cases of primipara with postpartum depression in our hospital from October 2013 to July 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,143 cases each.The control group was given routine intervention.On this basis,the observation group was given cooperative nursing mode combined with empathic nursing.The depressive mood(EPDS score),self-efficacy(GSES score),quality of life(SF-36 score)and the role adaptation of mothers before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in EPDS,GSES and SF-36 scores between the two groups before and after intervention.EPDS,GSES and SF-36 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while GSES and SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Mother role adaptation in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing model combined with empathy nursing in primipara with postpartum depression can effectively alleviate postpartum depression,improve their self-efficacy and quality of life and promote early adapt to the maternal role.Beside.
