摘　　要：目的探究颅骨缺损患者延续性护理信息化管理平台的构建及应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—6月就诊于佛山市高明区人民医院的80例颅骨缺损患者,按随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组实行常规护理,研究组实行延续性护理信息化管理,比较2组患者的疾病知识知晓率、自我护理能力和护理满意度。结果研究组的疾病知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理2个月后的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各项评分以及奈梅亨延续性护理调查问卷(NCQ)总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将信息化管理平台应用于颅骨缺损患者的延续性护理中,可有效提高其疾病知识知晓率,增强自我护理能力,提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the construction and application of an informatization management platform for continual care of patients with skull defects.Methods A total of 80 patients with skull defects in our hospital from 2020 to January to June 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented continuous nursing information management.The disease knowledge awareness rate,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the self-care ability scale(ESCA)of the study group after 2 months of nursing and Nijmegen continued nursing The total scores of the NCQ were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the information management platform to the continuous care of patients with skull defects can effectively improve the awareness rate of patients'disease knowledge,enhance patients'self-care ability,and improve patient satisfaction.
