摘　　要：拉斯韦尔是行为主义学派的创始人之一,也是传播学四大奠基人之一,他的博士论文《世界大战中的宣传技巧》是传播学的重要奠基之作。拉斯韦尔的宣传理论以精英主义为基础,强调要区分不同的宣传受众,设立适当的宣传机构,组织有效的宣传素材以及灵活运用宣传手段。拉斯韦尔的宣传理论,对当下政府正确引导舆论具有重要启示作用。Harold Lasswell is one of the founders of behaviorism school and one of the four founders of communication science.His doctoral thesis Propaganda Skills in World War is an important foundation work of communication science.Based on elitism,Lasswell's propaganda theory focuses on distinguishing different propaganda audiences,setting up appropriate propaganda organizations,organizing effective propaganda materials,and flexibly using propaganda strategies,which has the important enlightenment for the current government to guide public opinion correctly.
