摘　　要：针对三相电力设备和三相用电设备中常用的三相交流电监控装置,设计出了一款简单的纯硬件控制电路。电路利用廉价的常用电子元器件,实现了可靠检测三相交流电的相序、缺相、过压、欠压、过流状态,并可提供自动相序调整控制和系统缺相、过压、欠压、过流自动保护,同时具有过压欠压自动报警功能。电路监控功能全面、体积小、功耗低、简单易用,可广泛应用在相关的自动控制设备上。For three-phase power equipment, a pure hardware circuit for monitoring the three-phase alternating current(AC) is designed. The circuit composed of commonly cheap electronic components, has realized the reliable detection on phase sequence, phase deficiency, over-voltage, under-voltage, over current condition of the three-phase AC. It can provide automatic adjustment on the phase sequence and automatic protection on the phase deficiency, over-voltage, under-voltage and over current. Also, it has the automatic alarm function of the over-voltage or the under-voltage. This monitor device has comprehensive functions, small volume, low power consumption and easy operation, so it can be widely used in the automatic control device.
