摘  要:为了精确测量马铃薯播种机种子的高度,设计了一种超声波物位检测系统。该系统基于STM32微处理器,超声波探头、DS18B20温度传感器、TFTLCD触摸屏、蜂鸣器与设计的硬件系统通过排插和排针连接。系统运行时,开始测量温度进行温度补偿,根据温度来确定当前超声波的传播速度。然后进行距离测量,所测得的距离值经过平均值滤波算法优化后,将距离值进行保存并发送给上位机,最后显示在触摸屏上。当所测量的距离值小于设定值,蜂鸣器报警。经实验验证,该系统能稳定运行,测量精度满足要求,实现了对马铃薯播种机种子高度的测量。In order to measure the height of the seed of the potato planter accurately, this paper designs an ultrasonic level detection system. The system is composed of the STM32 microprocessor, the ultrasonic probe, the DS18B20 temperature sensor, the TFTLCD touch screen and the buzzer, which is connected with the designed hardware system by plug and pin.When the system is powered on, it starts to measure the temperature for temperature compensation, and determines the current propagation speed of ultrasonic waves based on the temperature. Then it measures the distance. The measured distance value is optimized by the average filter algorithm, then is saved and sent to the upper computer, and finally displayed on the touch screen. While the value measured is less than the set value, the buzzer will alarm. Experiments verify that the system can operate stably, and the measurement accuracy meets the requirements. It has realized the measurement of the seed height of the potato planter.
