新时代公共文化服务共建共享推进策略探析

摘　　要：文章立足于新时代公共文化服务共建共享面临的新变革展开综述,首先介绍了公共文化服务相关政策法规和当前国内外公共文化服务共建共享现状。然后从科学管理体系、区块链推动共建共享、5G技术带来新契机、服务效能评估方法和吸引社会力量参与五个方面详细阐述了如何科学推进公共文化服务共建共享,紧扣新政策、新思想、新技术、新需求等公共文化领域发展趋势,变中求进,普惠优先。Based on review of the new changes of public cultural services co-construction and sharing in the new era,this paper first introduces the relevant policies and regulations of public cultural services and the current situation of public cultural services co-construction and sharing at home and abroad.Then it elaborates how to improve the quality and level of co-construction and sharing of public cultural services from five aspects:scientific management system,blockchain promoting co-construction and sharing,5G technology bringing new opportunities,service efficiency evaluation methods and attracting social forces to participate in.It is closely following the development trend of public cultural fields such as new policies,new ideas,new technologies and new demands,seeking improvement in change,and giving priority to inclusive benefits.
