近10年药物流行病学研究国内外选题的辨析与启示

摘　　要：《中国药物流行病学研究方法学指南》(以下简称"《指南》")已于2019年9月发布。本文检索2009~2019年Web of Science、CNKI等文献数据库中的药物流行病学相关文献,初步分析药物流行病学研究的选题内容,通过对《指南》进行解读,提出选题新思路。检索发现,近10年来国外药物流行病学选题与药理药剂学、公共环境职业健康、毒理学、普通内科学、卫生保健科学服务等相关学科结合较为紧密,应用范围也比较广泛。国内药物流行病学选题主要集中在药品不良反应、药物安全性评价方面。国内外药物流行病学选题主要涉及到药物疗效比较研究、疫苗有效性和安全性评价、药物基因组学研究、药物利用研究、药物经济学研究等领域。《指南》提示,药物流行病学研究选题要密切联系健康中国战略,从药物的安全性、有效性、经济性、适当性评价入手,建议扩展药物疗效比较、疫苗合理性评价、药物基因组学等方面的选题,提高药物流行病学在合理用药、群体免疫、精准医学中的价值,促进全民健康的发展。Guide on Methodological Standards in Pharmacoepidemiology in China was published on Septenber,2019. We searched the literatures related to pharmacoepidemiology from the database of Web of Science and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) from January 1,2009 to December 31,2019,and preliminary analyzed the topic content of pharmacoepidemiology. To interpret the Guide on Methodological Standards in Pharmacoepidemiology in China and put forward new ideas for topic selection of pharmacoepidemiology. In the past 10 years,the topics selection of pharmacoepidemiology have been closely integrated with related disciplines in foreign countries,such as pharmacological pharmacy,public environmental occupational health,toxicology,general internal medicine,and health care science services. The scope of application is relatively wide. On the other hand,the topics selection of pharmacoepidemiology mainly focuses on adverse reactions and drug safety evaluation in China. The topic selection of pharmacoepidemiology at home and abroad mainly involves the comparative effectiveness research,vaccine effectiveness and safety evaluation,pharmacogenomics research,drug utilization research,pharmacoeconomics research and other fields. The topic selection of pharmacoepidemiology should focus on its science,innovation,applicability and feasibility. The Guide on Methodological Standards in Pharmacoepidemiology in China suggests that topics can be selected from the aspects of expanding comparative effectiveness research,vaccine rationality evaluation,and pharmacogenomics,etc. The Guide on Methodological Standards in Pharmacoepidemiology in China suggests that the topic selection should be closely related to the strategy of healthy China,starting with the evaluation of the safety,effectiveness,economy,and appropriateness of drug use,and improving the value of pharmacoepidemiology in rational drug use,herd immunity,and precision medicine,and then promoting the development of national health.
