摘　　要：本文报道临床药师参与1例以难治性高血压和顽固性低血钾为主要临床表现的原发性醛固酮增多症患者的药物治疗过程,通过结合相关指南和文献报道,根据病因、降压药物作用机制、不良反应发生特点,从降压品种选择、剂量滴定、有效性及不良反应监测等方面入手开展临床药学实践,协助医师制订个体化用药方案。探讨小剂量螺内酯联合其他降压药物的用药方案在原发性醛固酮增多症患者药物治疗中的作用,以期为此类患者的药物治疗提供一定参考。We report clinical pharmacists’ participation in treating a patient with primary aldosteronism. According to etiology,antihypertensive drugs,and characteristics of adverse drug reactions,clinical pharmacists provide individual medication regimens combined with the relevant guidelines and literature reports. The clinical pharmacists’ practice includes antihypertensive medications selection,dose titration,effectiveness,adverse drug reaction monitoring. To explore the role of low-dose spironolactone combined with other antihypertensive drugs in treating patients with primary aldosteronism,provide some reference for treating such patients.
