摘　　要：头孢泊肟酯为口服第三代头孢菌素类药物,对临床各类细菌感染性疾病,尤其儿童细菌感染性疾病的治疗具有重要作用。本建议以提供科学和安全依据、帮助临床合理用药为目的,从药学特征、有效性、安全性、经济性、顺应性5个方面对头孢泊肟酯进行简要评价,结论如下:头孢泊肟酯药学特性研究较为丰富完善,抗菌谱较广;有效性证据较多,可应用于多种感染治疗;耐药性较低;剂型特征明确,适宜儿童应用;安全性证据充分,不良反应类型频率界定明确;经济性评价证据有待更新,经济获益尚待确认;患者、医师顺应性较好。Cefpodoxime proxetil(CPDX-PR)is a third generation cephalosporins.It has been widely used in the treatment of various bacterial infections,especially in children.This advice collected data and expert opinions from five aspects of pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economy and compliance.Studies on CPDX-PR pharmaceutical characteristics is relatively adequate,CPDX-PR has a wide antibacterial spectrum and low drug resistance.There are many evidences of effectiveness,which can be applied to various infection treatment.Drug dosage form is clear,suitable for clinical application in children.The safety evidence is sufficient and the frequency of adverse reactions is clearly defined.The evidence of economic evaluation needs to be updated and the economic benefits need to be confirmed.Patients and physicians showed better clinical compliance.This advice provides scientific and safe basis for rational clinical use of CPDX-PR.
