摘 要:目的研究次氯酸钠发生器生成液(电解生成次氯酸钠)对生活饮用水中大肠杆菌的杀灭效果及影响因素。方法采用菌悬液定量杀菌试验方法,观察电解生成的次氯酸钠对人工水样中的大肠杆菌的杀灭效果,分别观察菌液浓度、水温、有机物与pH值对次氯酸钠消毒效果的影响。结果在常温条件下,有效氯浓度为0.8 mg/L的电解生成次氯酸钠作用6 min,可完全杀灭脱氯自来水中的大肠杆菌。随着有效氯浓度的增加、作用时间的延长,消毒效果逐渐提升。水温在15℃以下、色度(有机物)超过10度,对该次氯酸钠杀灭水中大肠杆菌的效果受到影响,pH值在6.5~8.5的范围内对杀菌效果没有影响。结论该次氯酸钠发生器生成液对生活饮用水中的大肠杆菌杀灭效果良好,有效氯浓度、作用时间、水温及有机物等因素明显影响次氯酸钠的杀菌效果。Objective To study the killing effect and influencing factors of the generated solution(electrolyzed sodium hypochlorite)of sodium hypochlorite generator on Escherichia coli in drinking water.Methods Quantitative disinfection experiment method was used to observe the bactericidal effect of electrolyzed sodium hypochlorite on Escherichia coli in artificial water samples and its influencing factors.Results Under normal temperature,electrolyzed sodium hypochlorite with an effective chlorine concentration of 0.8 mg/L was used for 6 min,and it could completely kill Escherichia coli in dechlorinated tap water.With the increasing of the effective chlorine concentration and the extension of the action time,the disinfection effect was gradually improved.When water temperature was below 15℃and the color(organic matter)exceeded 10 degrees,the killing effect of sodium hypochlorite on Escherichia coli in water was influenced.The factor of p H 6.5-8.5 had no effect on disinfection effect.Conclusion The generated solution of sodium hypochlorite generator has good killing effect on Escherichia coli in drinking water.The bactericidal effect of sodium hypochlorite is obviously affected by factors such as the effective chlorine concentration,action time,water temperature and organic matter.
