摘 要:目的研究不同医用清洗剂对人工模拟铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的去除效果,为建立软式内镜生物膜清除方法提供参考。方法采用人工生物膜和细菌定量检测方法,对不同清洗剂清除生物膜效果进行观察。结果连续培养6 d的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜黏附稳定性最好,膜中细菌浓度可达107cfu/cm^(2)。采取蠕动泵清洗法,使用水洗、普通清洗剂、单酶清洗剂和多酶清洗剂进行清洗,对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜清除对数值依次为0.91、1.30、1.32和1.41。采用软式内镜手工清洗槽自动灌流泵清洗法,上述4种清洗介质清除生物膜中细菌对数值依次为0.89、1.99、2.25和2.99。结论铜绿假单胞菌在聚四氟乙烯管管腔模拟培养6 d可形成成熟的生物膜,对生物膜的清除效果最好者为多酶清洗剂。Objective To study the effect of different medical cleaning agents on the removal of artificially simulated Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms,and to provide references for establishing the removal method of biofilms in flexible endoscopes.Methods Artificial biofilm and bacteria quantitative detection methods were used to observe the effect of different cleaning agents on removing biofilm.Results The adhesion stability of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms was the best when cultured continuously for 6 d,and the bacterial concentration in the film could reach 107 cfu/cm^(2).The peristaltic pump cleaning method was used to clean with water,common cleaning agents,single-enzyme cleaning agents and multi-enzyme cleaning agents,and the logarithmic values reduction of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm removal were 0.91,1.30,1.32 and 1.41,respectively.Using the automatic perfusion pump cleaning method of flexible endoscope manual cleaning tank,the logarithmic values of 4 kinds of cleaning media in the above to remove bacteria in the biofilm were 0.89,1.99,2.25 and 2.99,respectively.Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa can form mature biofilms in the lumen of a polytetrafluoroethylene tube for 6 d simulated culture,and the best cleaning effect on biofilms is multi-enzyme cleaning agent.
