摘 要:目的研究强化过氧化氢消毒液在低温下的消毒效果及其影响因素。方法采用悬液定量和载体浸泡定量杀菌试验方法,对某强化过氧化氢消毒液在低温下的消毒效果及影响因素进行观察。结果该强化过氧化氢消毒液含过氧化氢10 g/L并辅以柠檬酸与乙醇。该消毒液可在低温-18℃下放置8 h保持无色透明。该消毒液原液在20℃下作用2 min,对悬液内和载体上的白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>5.00。在-10℃悬液内作用10 min和在-18℃载体上作用6 min,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值均>5.00。作用温度在0℃以下即可使该消毒液杀菌效果下降明显,但对载体上杀菌效果影响较小。结论该强化过氧化氢消毒液在低温下仍然具有良好的杀菌效果,但低温对其杀菌效果会产生明显影响,对载体上杀菌效果影响较小。Objective To study the disinfection effect of enhanced hydrogen peroxide disinfectant at low temperature and its influencing factors.Methods Using suspension quantitative and carrier immersion quantitative sterilization methods,the disinfection effect and influencing factors of an enhanced hydrogen peroxide disinfectant at low temperature were observed.Results The enhanced hydrogen peroxide disinfection contained 10 g/L hydrogen peroxide and was supplemented with citric acid and ethanol.The disinfectant could be placed at a low temperature of-18℃for 8 h to maintain a colorless and transparent liquid.The stock solution of the disinfectant was used at 20℃for 2 min,and the killing logarithmic values of Candida albicans in suspension and on carrier were both>5.00.If the stock solution of the disinfectant was used in suspension at-10℃for 10 min and on carrier at-18℃for 6 min,the killing logarithmic values of Candida albicans were both>5.00.When the action temperature was below 0℃,the disinfection effect of the disinfectant could be significantly reduced,but the disinfection effect on carrier was less affected.Conclusion The enhanced hydrogen peroxide disinfectant still has a good bactericidal effect at low temperature,but low temperature will have a significant impact on its bactericidal effect,and has little effect on the bactericidal effect on carrier.
