摘　　要：介绍了玻璃窑炉碹顶拉紧装置拉条、碟簧等部件受力计算及选型过程。通过简化窑炉结构模型,近似计算膨胀变形量、拉条受力、拉条直径等参数。对比了碟簧选用不同材料及组合方式下拉紧装置的性能。Introduced calculation and type selection progress for the tension device of glass furnace crown,include brace,disc spring and other parts. By simplifying the furnace structure model,approximate calculation of expansion deformation,tension,brace diameter and other parameters. Compared the performance of the tension device by using different materials and combination of disc spring.
