摘　　要：犬细小病毒(Canine Parvovirus,CPV)属细小病毒科,细小病毒属。CPV主要感染犬,所有犬科动物均易感,并有很高的发病率和死亡率。病犬是主要传染源,临床上以呕吐、腹泻、血液白细胞显著减少、出血性肠炎和严重脱水为特征。CPV成为危害犬业发展的重大传染病之一。犬附红细胞体病是由附红细胞体寄生于红细胞和血浆中而引起的一种血液传染病,附红细胞体病犬持续性发烧、食欲不振、贫血,呕吐、腹泻,粪便常混有粘液或血丝,临床上很难将犬细小病毒病与犬附红细胞体病区分开。Canine parvovirus(CPV)belongs to the?family?Parvoviridae,?genus?Parvovirus.The incidence rate of CPV is mainly infected by dogs.All animal canines are susceptible and have high morbidity and mortality.Sick dogs are the main source of infection,characterized by vomiting,diarrhea,significant reduction of white blood cells,hemorrhagic enteritis and severe dehydration.CPV has become one of the most serious infectious diseases that endanger the development of dog industry.Eperythrozoonosis is a kind of blood infectious disease caused by Eperythrozoon parasitizing in red blood cells and plasma.Eperythrozoonosis dogs have persistent fever,loss of appetite,anemia,vomiting,diarrhea,and their faeces are often mixed with mucus or bloodstain.It is difficult to distinguish CPV disease from Eperythrozoonosis clinically.
