摘 要:为研究木霉菌菌剂使用方式对黄瓜砧木种子出苗及幼苗生长的影响,以黄瓜砧木品种“砧大力1989”和哈慈木霉菌孢子粉为试验材料,研究了木霉菌菌剂拌基质、拌种、浸种和播种后喷施4种方法对黄瓜砧木种子出苗时间、苗出齐时间、出苗率及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:4种木霉菌菌剂使用方式都能缩短砧木种子的出土时间,且4种处理方式中,播种后穴盘喷施木霉菌溶液处理砧木种子出土的时间最短,为14.4h。此外,喷施方法明显缩短了砧木幼苗的出齐时间,齐苗时间为52.8h;同时喷施木霉菌菌剂溶液的使用方式明显提高出苗率,达到99.6%。与对照组相比,拌基质处理能显著提高植株的株高,浸种处理显著提高了植株的干鲜重,而拌种处理明显促进了植株根系的生长。In order to study the effects of application methods of Trichoderma harzianumon on seedling emergenceand development of cucumber rootstock,we investigated the effects of 4 kinds of application methods of Trichoderma harzianum,namely mixing the substrate,seed dressing,soaking seed and spraying after planting,on seedling emergence time,total emergence time,emergence rate and seedling development,and cucumber rootstock seed,“Zhen Dali 1989”,and Trichoderma harzianumon spores were used as experimental materials.The results showed that all of four methods of Trichoderma harzianumon could shorten the emergence time of rootstock seeds,and among four treatment methods,the emergence time of cucumber rootstock seeds was the shortest time,up to14.4h,under the treatment of spraying the solution of Trichoderma harzianumon.Moreover,spraying the solution of Trichoderma harzianumon could significantly shorten the seedling emergence time of rootstock seeds,total emergence time being 52.8h;Meanwhile,spraying the solution of Trichoderma harzianumon also markedly enhanced the seedling emergence rate,up to 99.6%.Compared with the control,the treatment of mixing the substrate could significantly improve the height of seedlings,and the dry and fresh weight of the plant could be obviously increased by soaking seed treatment;however,seed dressing treatment remarkably promoted the growth of plant roots..
