摘　　要：随着固定源污染治理的日趋完善,农田面源污染对我国水污染的贡献日益提高。农田排水口作为农业面源向自然水体输入污染的主要连通口,尚未建立监管体系。该文通过对浙江平原河网区域农田排水情况调查和特征分析,探讨将农田排水口纳入监管的必要性、特殊性和难点,提出了农田排水口监管思路,并以长兴县为例进行了监管案例研究,为下一步深化入河排污口管理、农业面源水污染防治等提供参考。With the improvement of point source pollution control,the contribution of agricultural non-point source pollution to water is increasing in our country.Farmland drainage outlet is the main outfall of pollution from the agricultural non-point source.However,the systematic supervision system of farmland drainage outlets has not yet established.Through the investigation and characteristic analysis of farmland drainage in the plain river network area of Zhejiang Province,the paper discusses the necessity,particularity and difficulty of incorporating farmland drainage outlets in the supervision.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of farmland drainage outlets,and takes Changxing County as an example for research.The paper provides a reference for the subsequent deepening of the management of sewage outlets into the river and for the prevention and control of agricultural nonpoint source pollution.
