摘　　要：2020年伊始,突如其来的新冠疫情严重冲击我国经济,造成前所未有的影响。经济增长不稳,生产消费交换等活动大范围停滞,企业、家庭、政府部门等经济主体陷入危机,收入急剧下滑,市场预期不稳,金融风险加大。庆阳市迅速反应,金融财税系统通力合作,严格落实各项防疫措施,对受疫情影响较大的部门、行业和企业开辟绿色通道助力抗疫,并对今后业务开展和风险防控,提出信贷支持的措施及对策。At the beginning of 2020,COVID-19 epidemic had a serious impact on China’s economy,resulting in an unprecedented impact.Economic growth is unstable.Production and consumption exchange activities are stagnant on a large scale.Economic entities such as enterprises,households,and government departments are all in crisis.Both the national revenue and personal incomes are falling sharply.Market expectations are unstable,and financial risks are increasing.During the epidemic,Qingyang City responded quickly,the financial and taxation departments worked together to implement epidemic prevention measures,opening up facilitated channels,industries and enterprises affected by the epidemic,and predicting the trend of business development and possible risks in the future.Only in this way can we put forward the next step to adopt the proper credit support measures and countermeasures.
