摘　　要：枯草芽孢杆菌作为研究革兰氏阳性菌的模式菌,遗传背景清楚,培养方法和基因操作简易,没有致病性,是优良的基因工程表达系统,特别是利用枯草芽孢杆菌表达系统高效生产优质蛋白,是基因工程研究领域的热点。在枯草芽孢杆菌分泌胞外蛋白过程中信号肽依赖分泌表达是主要途径,本文主要概述了枯草芽孢杆菌表达系统中信号肽以及信号肽依赖分泌途径的研究进展,并对该表达系统的研究前景进行展望,进而提出今后的研究方向和重点。Bacillus subtilis is a model bacterium for the study of gram-positive bacterium.It has simple heredity background,easy to culture and operate,no pathogenic,so it is an excellent gene engineering expression system,in particular.The use of bacillus subtilis expression system to produce high quality protein is a hotspot in the field of genetic engineering.Secret-dependent expression of signal peptide is the main pathway in the process of extracellular protein secretion by bacillus subtilis.In this review,the research progress of signal peptides and its secret-dependent pathway in the expression system of bacillus subtilis was summarized,the existing problems of this expression system are summarized,and the future research direction and emphasis were put forward.
