不同人群血小板抗体筛查结果的研究分析

摘　　要：目的:对脐血、RHD阴性孕产妇、血液病患者、机采血小板献血者进行血小板抗体筛查,以研究分析血小板抗体阳性率的影响因素。方法:采用固相凝集法血小板抗体检测试剂,对4类不同组进行抽样检测其血清或血浆中是否存在血小板抗体。结果:80份脐血血小板阳性率为2.5%,93名RHD阴性孕产妇血小板阳性率为37.7%,166名血液病患者血小板阳性率为50.0%,50名机采血小板献血者血小板阳性率为0%。结论:妊娠次数越多,输血次数越多的人群,血小板抗体阳性率就越高。Objective:To analyze test results of platelet antibody screening test in cord blood,RhD negative maternal women,hematologic patients and platelet donors.Methods:solid-phase red cell adherence(SPRCA).Results:The rate of positive PLT antibodies in 80 cord bloods is 2.5%,37.7%in RhD negative maternal women,50.0%in hematologic patients and 0%in platlet donors.Conclusion:the groups with more numbers of gestation or more times of transfusion will get higher rate of positive PLT antibodies.
