摘　　要：马拉松赛事所提供的服务与质量都会直接影响参赛人员的比赛成绩、主观感受和赛事满意度。以2019宿州国际半程马拉松赛事为研究对象,以赛事完赛人员为调查对象,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对参赛运动员比赛的赛前、赛中和赛后进行满意度调查和分析,以期为今后举办马拉松比赛的赛事组委会提供理论依据和研究参考。The service and quality provided by marathon events will directly affect the performance,subjective feeling and satisfaction of the participants.This paper takes the 2019 Suzhou International Half Marathon as the research object and the participants as the research object.Through the methods of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the satisfaction degree of participating athletes before,during and after the competition,so as to provide theoretical basis and research reference for the organizing committee of the marathon in the future.
