摘　　要：目的探讨单病种病房和护理管理模式在前列腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法将2016年9月至2018年4月单病种病房建立前在本院泌尿外科门诊诊断为前列腺癌的83例患者纳入对照组(前列腺癌常规诊治、护理),将2018年5月至2019年12月单病种病房建立后在本院泌尿外科门诊诊断为前列腺癌的120患者纳入观察组(前列腺癌单病种病房和护理管理模式)。比较两组的相关诊治指标、护理满意度、3个月内定期回院复诊率及疾病认知程度。结果观察组就诊到确诊的天数、确诊到开始治疗的天数、入院前等待病床的天数、平均住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度、3个月内回院复诊率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组接纳、感知评分高于对照组,无助评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌单病种病房和护理管理模式的建立能够缩短患者的诊治时间,提高患者护理满意度和回院复诊率。Objective To explore the application effect of single disease ward and nursing management mode in patients with prostate cancer.Methods From September 2016 to April 2018,83 patients diagnosed as prostate cancer in the urology clinic of our hospital before the establishment of single disease ward were included in control group(routine diagnosis and treatment,nursing of prostate cancer),and 120 patients diagnosed as prostate cancer in the urology clinic of our hospital after the establishment of single disease ward from May 2018 to December 2019 were included in observation group(single disease ward and nursing management mode of prostate cancer).The related diagnosis and treatment indexes,nursing satisfaction,return visit rate within 3 months and disease cognition degree of the two groups were compared.Results The number of days from visit to diagnosis,the number of days from diagnosis to treatment,the number of days waiting for a hospital bed before admission and the average hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and return visit rate within 3 months in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of acceptance and perception in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of helplessness was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of single disease ward and nursing management mode of prostate cancer can shorten the diagnosis and treatment time of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction and return visit rate of patients.
