授权管理在神经外科一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果及对临床护士业务素质与管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的分析授权管理在神经外科一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果及对临床护士业务素质与管理能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月至12月本院神经外科的16名护士作为对照组(常规一级质控护理质量管理),选取2019年1月至12月本院神经外科的20名护士作为试验组(常规一级质控护理质量管理+授权管理)。比较两组加强一级质控护理质量管理后的业务素质、质控护理质量及管理能力。结果试验组的CIRN各项评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的质控护理质量各项评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的管理能力各项评分及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论授权管理在神经外科一级质控护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,有助于提升临床护士的业务素质、质控护理质量及管理能力。Objective To analyze the application effect of authorization management in neurosurgical first-level quality control nursing quality management and its influences on professional quality and management ability of clinical nurses.Methods A total of 16 nurses in neurosurgery department of our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as control group(routine first-level quality control nursing quality management),and 20 nurses in neurosurgery department of our hospital from January to December in 2019 were selected as experimental group(routine first-level quality control nursing quality management+authorization management).The professional quality,quality control nursing quality and management ability of the two groups after strengthening the first-level quality control nursing quality management were compared.Results The CIRN scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of quality control nursing quality and total score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of management ability and total score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Authorization management in neurosurgical first-level quality control nursing quality management has a significant application effect,which can helps to improve the professional quality,quality control nursing quality and management ability of clinical nurses.
