摘　　要：首先简述了医疗机构医用物流管理的特点及研究现状,然后分析了我国医疗机构物流管理中存在的问题以及与影响并制约医疗机构物流配送发展的原因,最后提出了医疗机构物流管理优化的三大方向:完善医院物流信息系统;加强医疗物资字典管理;优化库存管理。In this paper,we first briefly described the characteristics and research status of the medical supplies logistics management practices in medical institutions,then analyzed the problems existing in this regard with Chinese medical institutions as well as the reasons affecting and restricting the development of the medical logistics distribution services in China,and finally put forward the three major directions to optimize the logistics management practices of medical institutions,which more specifically included perfecting the hospital logistics information system,strengthening medical supplies dictionary management,and optimizing inventory management.
