摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平同志结合我国开放型经济发展新形势,围绕国际投资发表了一系列重要论述,提出了许多新思想、新战略、新观点,实现了马克思主义国际投资理论的创新发展。习近平同志关于国际投资重要论述不仅具有完整的理论逻辑结构,而且对其实现路径也进行了科学阐述。在理论逻辑上,习近平同志系统阐述了国际投资的新理念、新机制、新优势、新主体、新区位和新保障。在实践选择上,"一带一路"是习近平同志关于国际投资重要论述由理论走向实践的重要载体。基于"一带一路"建设,我国坚持"引进来"和"走出去"并重,实施国际投资双向驱动,促进引进外资和对外投资的协调发展。习近平同志关于国际投资重要论述,成功地指导了我国的国际双向投资发展实践,而且为广大发展中国家的国际投资指明了方向,促进了世界经济的协同联动和经济全球化的健康发展。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important statement on international investment in light of the new development of China’s open economy, put forward many new ideas, new strategies, and new viewpoints, and realized the innovation of Marxist international investment theory. Xi Jinping’s important statement on international investment not only has a complete theoretical and logical structure, but also scientifically elaborates on its realization path. In theory and logic, General Secretary Xi Jinping systematically explained the new concepts, new mechanisms, new advantages, new subjects, new locations and new guarantees of international investment. In practical choices, "the Belt and Road Initiative"is an important carrier for Xi Jinping’s important international investment exposition from theory to practice. Based on the "the Belt and Road Initiative", China persists in both "bringing in" and "going out", implementing a two-way drive for international investment, and promoting the coordinated development of FDI and OFDI. Xi Jinping’s international investment philosophy has not only guided China’s international two-way investment practice, but also pointed out the direction for international investment in developing countries, and promoted the coordinated linkage of the world economy and the healthy development of economic globalization.
