摘  要:针对金桥煤矿采煤、运输与提升能力不匹配的难题,通过FLAC模拟受力分析,综合考虑现场条件、施工经验、巷道高差、服务年限、优化施工工艺设计施工东翼煤仓,并从煤仓上口、仓体、煤仓下口分析了施工工艺,提出了反井钻施工溜矸孔、挖掘机出矸、立体交叉作业、平行交叉作业施工工艺,结果表明该煤仓设计施工取得了良好效果,提高了掘进效率,为矿井的稳产、高效生产及煤流生产系统的智能化奠定了基础。In view of the difficult problem of mismatch between coal mining,transportation and lifting capacity in Jinqiao Coal Mine,through FLAC simulation stress analysis,taking into account the site conditions,construction experience,height difference of roadway,service life,optimization of construction technology design and construction of the East Wing coal bunker,and analyzing the construction technology from the upper opening,bin body and lower opening of the coal bunker,the paper puts forward the construction technology of reverse well drilling for gangue chute,excavator for gangue discharge and three-dimensional crossing The results show that the design and construction of the coal bunker has achieved good results,improved the efficiency of driving,and laid a foundation for stable and efficient production of the mine,intelligent production system of coal flow,and cancellation of night shift production.
