摘  要:为降低综采工作面遗煤自燃发火影响,以麻家梁矿14101工作面为研究对象,提出通过建立束管监测系统预防火灾、合理控制风量、采空区注氮防灭火、喷洒阻化剂以及端头封堵等综合技术抑制遗煤自燃,该工艺治理效果良好,14101工作面回采期间,采空区CO浓度维持在80×10^(-6),工作面上隅角CO浓度保持在24×10^(-6)以下,工作面整个生产周期未出现火情,矿井的安全生产得到了有效保障。In order to reduce the impact of spontaneous combustion of coal in a fully mechanized mining face,taking Majialiang Mine 14101 face as the research object,it is proposed to establish a beam tube monitoring system to prevent fires,reasonably control air volume,inject nitrogen into the goaf to prevent fires,and spray inhibitors And comprehensive technologies such as end plugging to suppress spontaneous combustion of coal.The process has a good governance effect.During the 14101 working face,the CO concentration in the goaf is maintained at 80×10^(-6),the corner CO concentration on the working face is kept below 24×10^(-6),and the entire working face is produced There was no fire in the cycle,and the safe production of the mine was effectively guaranteed.
