摘 要:针对大地选煤公司的实际选煤情况,分析目前选煤厂使用跳汰洗煤的现状以及重介质旋流器的洗煤技术,对洗煤工艺进行优化,将跳汰洗煤换成重介质旋流器分选+煤泥分选机回收+卧式沉降过滤脱水机回收的联合选煤工艺,采用密度较低的悬浮液系统,在离心力作用下,分选出精煤、中煤和矸石产品,以提高分选洗煤的效率。通过实际应用,结果表明:洗选后的精煤灰分为17%,发热量约5800大卡,中煤灰分为40%,发热量约3600大卡,原煤回收率达51.3%。According to the actual coal preparation situation of Dadi Coal Preparation Company,analyze the current status of jigging coal washing in coal preparation plants and the coal washing technology of heavy medium cyclones,optimize the coal washing process,and replace jigging coal washing with heavy medium cyclones.The combined coal separation process of coal separation+slime separator recovery+horizontal sedimentation filter dehydrator recovery uses a low-density suspension system to separate clean coal,medium coal and gangue products under the action of centrifugal force.To improve the efficiency of coal separation and washing.Through practical application,the results show that the clean coal ash content after washing is 17%,the calorific value is about 5800 kcal,the middle coal ash content is 40%,the calorific value is about 3,600 kcal,and the raw coal recovery rate is 51.3%.
