现浇楼面裂缝产生原因与防治技术分析

摘　　要：为了全面分析混凝土温度收缩裂缝的原因,文章提出了混凝土本身的性质存在缺陷,即混凝土是典型的非均质材料并具有较高的脆性,并从材料、施工工艺和管理方面系统分析了混凝土收缩和产生裂缝的主要原因。接着,据该楼面裂缝产生的原因,研讨了楼面裂缝的控制方法,并兼顾设计、材料及施工工艺和管理方面提出了楼面裂缝的综合性防治及具体措施。In order to analyze the cause of concrete temperature shrinkage cracks comprehensively, this paper puts forward that there are defects in the properties of concrete itself. In other word,Concrete is a typical heterogeneous material with high brittleness.It analyzes the main factors affecting concrete shrinkage and cracks from the aspects of materials, construction technology and management systematically. Based on the analysis of the cause of floor cracks, the control method of floor cracks is studied. The comprehensive prevention and specific measures of floor cracks are put forward from the aspects of design, material, construction technology and management.
