摘  要:短纤针刺非织造土工布是工程中最重要的材料之一。为保证该材料拉伸试验结果的准确性,文章以短纤针刺非织造土工布为例,在检测实践经验的基础上,从样品调节时间、调节温度、调节湿度、裁样方法、试样宽度率五个方面系统分析了其对土工布拉伸性能试验结果的影响,找出影响规律,并提出在进行短纤针刺非织造土工布拉伸试验时的注意事项。Staple fiber needle-punched nonwoven geotextile is one of the most important materials in engineering. In order to ensure the accuracy of the stretch test results of this material, this paper takes the staple fiber needle-punched nonwoven geotextile as an example. On the basis of testing practice experience, the influence of sample time adjustment, sample temperature adjustment, sample humidity adjustment, sample cutting method and sample width ratio on the tensile test results of geotextiles are analyzed systematically, and the influencing rule is found out. The points for attention in the tensile test of staple fiber needle-punched nonwoven geotextiles are put forward.
