类风湿关节炎患者的血清IL-6水平以及与骨质疏松的相关性

摘　　要：目的研究类风湿关节炎患者的血清白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平及与骨质疏松的相关性。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治的类风湿关节炎患者80例为观察组,选取我院体检的健康者80例为对照组。检测并比较两组患者的血清IL-6水平、骨质疏松发生率和骨密度;治疗3个月后,比较骨量正常组、骨质疏松组及骨量减少组患者的血清IL-6水平和骨密度;分析观察组血清IL-6水平与骨密度的相关性。结果观察组血清IL-6水平明显高于对照组;观察组骨质疏松发生率为37.50%(30/80),明显高于对照组的15.00%(12/80);观察组骨密度明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,骨量正常组、骨质疏松组及骨量减少组的血清IL-6水平和骨密度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨量正常组患者的血清IL-6水平明显低于骨质疏松组及骨量减少组,骨量正常组患者的骨密度明显高于骨质疏松组及骨量减少组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清IL-6水平与观察组类风湿关节炎患者骨密度间呈明显负相关(r=-0.573,P=0.014)。结论类风湿关节炎患者的骨密度明显低于正常人群,且血清IL-6水平明显高于正常人群,IL-6与类风湿关节炎患者骨质疏松的发生具有一定相关性。Objective To research the serum interleukin-6(IL-6)level in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its correlation with osteoporosis.Methods Patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group(n=80),while healthy people with physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group(n=80).The levels of serum IL-6,the incidences of osteoporosis and bone mineral density(BMD)were detected and compared between the two groups.The levels of serum IL-6 and BMD of the normal bone mass group,the osteoporosis group and the decreased bone mass group were compared after 3 month′s treatment.And the correlation between levels of serum IL-6 and BMD in patients of the observation group was analyzed.Results The incidence of osteoporosis in patients of the observation group was 37.50%(30/80),which was significantly higher than 15.00%(12/80)in the control group,and the BMD was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in levels of serum IL-6 and BMD of patients in the normal bone mass group,the osteoporosis group and the decreased bone mass group after 3 month′s treatment(P<0.05).The level of serum IL-6 of patients in the normal bone mass group was significantly lower than that in the osteoporosis group and the decreased bone mass group(P<0.05).The BMD level of patients in the normal bone mass group was significantly higher than those in the osteoporosis group and the decreased bone mass group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant negative correlation between levels of serum IL-6 and BMD of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the observation group(r=-0.573,P=0.014).Conclusion The BMD of patients with rheumatoid arthritis was significantly lower than that of the normal people,and the level of serum IL-6 was significantly higher than that of the normal people.There was a certain correlation between IL-6 and the occurrence of osteoporosis in patients w
