互联网模式下光动力治疗中重度痤疮的护理及疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨光动力治疗中重度痤疮患者通过互联网+线上护理治疗效果和患者满意度。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月进行光动力治疗患者120例,随机分为对照组与干预组,每组各60例。两组患者治疗方法相同,护理上给予不同的形式:对照组采用常规护理;干预组采用互联网+线上追踪护理,护理人员和患者进行网络实时沟通,针对患者不同的护理问题提供个性化指导,关注患者在治疗后的心理变化及不良反应,保证护理的连续性,随访3个月,进行疗效判断及满意度调查。结果干预组患者痊愈50例(83.33%),显效9例(15.00%),好转1例(1.67%),总有效率为98.33%;对照组患者痊愈35例(58.33%),显效18例(30.00%),好转7例(11.67%),总有效率为88.33%。干预组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。干预组患者护理满意度为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光动力治疗中重度痤疮患者联合互联网+线上护理提高了临床疗效和患者的满意度。Objective To explore the moderate to severe acne through online nursing of internet plus in photodynamic therapy of the therapeutic efficacy and patients'satisfaction.Methods A total of 120 patients treated with photodynamic therapy from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and the intervention group(n=60).The treatment of the two groups was the same,while the nursing was different.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the intervention group was followed up by online nursing of internet plus,and the nurses communicated with patients in real time through the network,providing personalized guidance for different nursing problems of patients,paying attention to the psychological changes and adverse reactions(ADRs)of patients after treatment,and ensuring the continuity of nursing.The patients were followed up for 3 months for therapeutic efficacy judgment and satisfaction survey.Results In the intervention group,50 cases out of 60 patients(83.33%)were cured,9 cases(15.00%)were markedly effective,1 case(1.67%)was improved,and the total efficacy rate was 98.33%.In the control group,35 out of 60 patients(58.33%)were cured,18 patients(30.00%)were markedly improved,7 patients(11.67%)were improved,and the total efficacy rate was 88.33%.The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically sign ificant(P<0.05).The ncnsing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was 96.67%,while that in the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy for patients with moderate to severe acne com bined with online nursing of internet plus improves the clinical efficacy and patients'satisfaction.
