摘  要:印度尼西亚素以煤炭出口闻名世界,其煤炭易燃、易燃尽、易磨,但含水量稍高。采用试烧的方法,以印尼玻雅2×660 MW煤电一体化项目为例,选取1 MW TPRI半工业性煤粉燃烧试验台模拟煤粉燃烧与结渣等过程。改变试验台运行参数,通过不同的工况获取试验数据来研究其着火、燃尽、NO x生成量、沾污、结焦等特性。针对煤的特性进行分析研究,提供印尼煤试烧试验及煤质评价结论,为制粉系统选型、锅炉设计和运行提供依据。Indonesia is known around the world for its coal exports,the coal flammable,combustible,easy to grind,but its water content is a bit high.This burning through the test method,and it is example on Indonesia BUKIT ASAM 2×660 MW coal and electricity integration project,by choosing 1 MW TPRI semi-industrial pulverized coal combustion test bed to simulate the process of pulverized coal combustion and slagging.By changing the operating parameters of the experimental platform,based on different conditions for test data to study the ignition,burning,NO x generation quantity,contamination,coking and other characteristics.A detailed analysis and research,according to the characteristics of coal to provide test of burning Indonesian coal and the coal quality evaluation.Which provides the basis for selection of the coal pulverizing system,boiler design and operation.
