摘  要:为获得更加科学的后评价结果,基于ANP建立输变电后评价模型,获得后评价指标权重。将ANP评价模型应用于某牵引站输变电项目后评价工作中。建立了基于前期工作评价、施工准备评价、实施过程评价、运行情况评价与项目效益评价的电网建设项目后评价指标体系。结合全寿命周期项目管理的特点,充分考虑指标间的相互影响和相互联系,对项目的全寿命周期进行评价。采用ANP建立评价模型,将原本简单的层次递阶关系加以改进,采用类似网络的结构以便更加清晰地描述系统内元素的关系,更加科学合理地表达各指标之间的相互作用和相互影响。In order to obtain more scientific post evaluation result,the research based on ANP,established the post-evaluation model of power transmission and transformation,and obtain the weight of the post-evaluation index.The ANP evaluation model was applied to the post-evaluation work of a traction station power transmission and transformation project.A post-evaluation index system for power grid construction projects based on preliminary work evaluation,construction preparation evaluation,implementation process evaluation,operation evaluation and project benefit evaluation was established.Combining with the characteristics of life-cycle project management,fully considering the mutual influence and interrelationship between indicators,the project's life-cycle is evaluated.ANP is used to establish the evaluation model,which improves the original simple hierarchical relationship,and uses the similar network structure to describe the relationship of elements in the system more clearly.The system can express the interaction and influence of each index more scientifically and reasonably.
