摘 要:分布式电源接入电网给调度优化带来新的问题,越来越多的分布式电源向着产消者的方向发展,开始参与购售电业务,这就需要新的调度优化机制。针对多元用户和产消者集群的经济调度问题,提出了基于交互能源机制的经济调度方法。首先分析了多元用户和产消者的概念,其次根据所提的交互能源机制,分析了多元用户在该机制下的响应原理。然后建立了基于该机制的经济调度模型,目标函数考虑发电成本和传统机组的排放成本,主要考虑交易中的多重约束,提出利用次梯度法进行模型求解。最后利用仿真算例验证了所提模型的有效性。The distributed power supply to the grid brings new problems to the dispatch optimization.More and more distributed power sources are developing towards the prosumers,and they begin to participate in the purchase and sale of electricity.This requires a new dispatch optimization mechanism.Aiming at the economic dispatch problem of multi-user and prosumer clusters,an economic dispatch method based on transactive energy mechanism is proposed.Firstly,the concept of multi-user and prosumer is analyzed.Then the transactive energy mechanism proposed in this paper is given,and the response principle of multi-user under this mechanism is analyzed.Then an economic dispatch model based on this mechanism is established.The objective function includes the cost of power generation and the emission cost of the traditional unit,mainly considering multiple constraints in the transaction.The model is solved by using the subgradient method.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by simulation examples.
