摘  要:随着煤矿井下综采面的扩大和大容量高耗能的电气设备在井下的广泛使用,必须考虑节能和安全问题。在井下电网中接入变频器能实现对异步电动机的调速控制,达到节能效果,但也会带来谐波污染。当发生诸如人身触电等漏电故障时,继电保护装置需要测量三相对地绝缘电阻,并判断其是否达到动作整定值以决定发出跳闸信号命令。变频器的加入带来的高次谐波,对检测三相对地绝缘电阻有很大影响。介绍几种针对三相对地绝缘电阻的监测方法,并就加入变频器带来的谐波问题重点介绍基于傅里叶算法的附加直流原理测量绝缘电阻的技术。With the expansion of fully mechanized coal mining face and the wide use of large capacity and high energy consumption electrical equipment in underground coal mine,the problem of energy saving must be considered.Connecting frequency converter in underground power grid can realize speed control of asynchronous motor,achieve energy saving effect,but also bring harmonic pollution.When the leakage fault occurs,the relay protection device needs to measure the insulation resistance of three phases to ground and judges whether it reaches the action setting value to decide to send the trip signal command.The high-order harmonics brought by frequency converter have great influence on the detection of three-phase insulation resistance to ground.The following will introduce several monitoring methods for three-phase insulation resistance to ground,and focus on the harmonic problem caused by adding frequency converter,and focus on the technology of measuring insulation resistance based on the additional DC principle of Fourier algorithm.
