摘 要:电潜泵是海上石油平台重要生产设备,是油田产量形成的关键。电潜泵一般通过升压变压器接入400 V供电系统,是平台电网的末端,由于海上石油平台以透平发电机组作为电力来源,与陆地电网没有电气联系,是一个典型的孤岛电网,网架结构决定了其系统短路容量小的特点,尤其是电潜泵所在的供电末端,短路电流甚至会小于励磁涌流,给保护整定及设备投运带来不利影响。因此,以某平台A28井为例,对电潜泵变压器励磁涌流成因进行分析,结合现场实际情况,确定涌流抑制方案并现场实践,取得良好效果。Electric Submersible Pump(ESP)is an important production equipment of offshore oil platform,and it is the key to the formation of oilfield production.ESP is usually connected to 400 V power system through step-up transformer,which is the end of the power grid of the platform.As the offshore oil platform uses turbine generator as the power source,it has no electrical connection with the land power grid.It is a typical island power grid.The grid structure determines the small short circuit capacity of the system,especially the short-circuit current of the power supply terminal where the ESP is located is even less than the excitation magnetic inrush current,which has adverse effects on protection setting and equipment operation.Therefore,taking well A28 of a certain platform as an example,the causes of inrush current of ESP transformer are analyzed.Combined with the actual situation,the scheme of inrush current suppression is determined and good results are achieved.
