摘　　要：γ-氨基丁酸别名4-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,简称GABA),相对分子质量103.1,是一种四碳、非蛋白氨基酸,广泛存在于脊椎动物、植物和微生物中。近年来,对γ-氨基丁酸的研究逐渐增多,发现其与人体健康有着密切的关系。因此研究药用植物中γ-氨基丁酸的含量显得尤为重要。γ-aminobutyric acid,also known as 4-aminobutyric acid(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA for short),has a relative molecular weight of 103.1.It is a four-carbon,non-protein amino acid,widely found in vertebrates,plants and microorganisms.In recent years,research onγ-aminobutyric acid has gradually increased,and it has been found that it has a close relationship with human health.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the content of gamma-aminobutyric acid in medicinal plants.
