摘  要:主要对硬脂酸盐对氯化聚乙烯橡胶的性能进行研究和实验对比,通过实验的进行,硬脂酸钙帮助氯化聚乙烯进行硫化速率的反应,进而提高硫化胶的综合性能,可作为氯化聚乙烯的催化剂。硬脂酸锌会加快氯化聚乙烯橡胶当中的促进作用,有效地将其脱出氯化氢,大幅度地降低硫化胶的作用性能以及减少交密程度。为此详细地解释了硬纸酸盐对氯化聚乙烯橡胶性能综合作用的影响程度。我们将通过实验来进行解释这一现象,将液体聚硫胶高温硫化成型,通过外力作用压制成新的橡胶密封帽制品。This paper mainly studies and compares the properties of chlorinated polyethylene rubber with stearate.Through the process of experiment,calcium stearate can help chlorinated polyethylene react with curing rate,and then improve the comprehensive properties of vulcanizate.It can be used as catalyst for chlorinated polyethylene.Zinc stearate can accelerate the promotion of chlorinated polyethylene rubber,effectively remove hydrogen chloride,greatly reduce the performance of vulcanizate and reduce the degree of cross density.Therefore,this paper mainly explains in detail the influence of the comprehensive effect of hard paper acid salt on the properties of chlorinated polyethylene rubber.We will explain this phenomenon through experiments.First,liquid polysulfide is made into high temperature vulcanization molding,and then a new rubber sealing cap product is pressed by external force.
