摘　　要：塔设备是石油化工、精细化工、炼油等生产中最重要的分离设备,它的主要作用是使气(或汽)相和液相之间进行紧密接触,以达到相际传质传热的目的。塔内件就是为了实现这个目的而设计的,其设计的好坏直接影响着设备的分离效率、能耗的高低,甚至是装置能不能达产达效,因此必须高度重视塔内件设计。Tower equipment is the most important separation equipment in petrochemical,fine chemical,oil refining and other production.Its main function is to make close contact between the gas(or vapor)phase and the liquid phase to achieve interphase mass and heat transfer the goal of.The internals of the tower are designed to achieve this purpose.The quality of its design directly affects the separation efficiency of the equipment,the level of energy consumption,and even whether the device can reach the output and efficiency.Therefore,the design of the internals of the tower must cause us to highly Pay attention.
