摘 要:对装置动力站脱销单元氨逃逸问题,结合现场实际排查氨逃逸的原因。根据现场分析,针对供氨母管的喷氨阀组不能动作,可能引起喷氨格栅各喷口流速不均匀,致使烟气和氨气在烟道内的流场分布不均从而引起氨逃逸的问题,借助FLUENT开展喷氨系统单模块流场模拟,重点考察喷氨系统喷氨流量以及烟气上升过程的流场分布问题,从减小流体流动阻力和提高烟气、氨气混合均匀性两方面进行优化,为装置优化SCR脱硝反应器流场分布提供理论依据。In this paper,the reasons of ammonia escaping from power station are investigated in combination with the actual situation.In view of the total tube for ammonia spraying valve group cannot operate which may cause distributing of velocity uniformly in the nozzles of AIG,the flue gas and ammonia flow field are unevenness of distribution in the flue causing ammonia escape problems.To deal with this problem,this paper mainly carrried out spraying ammonia system flow field single-module fluent simulation by FLUENT software.In the simulation calculation,the emphasis is put on the investigation ammonia injection flow rate and flue gas flow field distribution problem in the process of rising.Process optimization mainly starts from reducing the flow resistance and increasing the flue gas and ammonia mixing uniformity,which may provide theoretical basis for optimization of flow field distribution.
