摘　　要：最近这些年教育改革不断推进,我国教育事业的改革所取得的成绩也越来越多。高等教育也是教育改革的一个主要的领域,通过一系列的改革也使得高等教育的教学质量有所提升,但从根本上而言,教学工作中有一些细节问题还值得推敲,这些问题会在一定程度上对高校的教学工作的开展产生制约。所以为促进高等教育改革事业的发展,还需要在具体的教学工作中根据现状来不断进行改进。医学高等专科学校主要负责培养医学领域的人才,在校内设有化学实验室,化学实验室的管理工作会对教学的成果产生直接影响。因此提升化学实验室的管理工作对促进高校的教学改革具有重要意义。In recent years,the reform of education has been continuously promoted,and more and more achievements have been made in the reform of education in our country.Higher education is also a major area of education reform.Through a series of reforms,the teaching quality of higher education has been improved.But fundamentally speaking,there are some detailed issues in teaching that are worthy of consideration.These issues will To a certain extent,it restricts the development of teaching work in universities.Therefore,in order to promote the development of higher education reform,it is necessary to continuously improve the specific teaching work according to the current situation.Medical colleges are mainly responsible for cultivating talents in the medical field.There are chemical laboratories in the school.The management of chemical laboratories will have a direct impact on the results of teaching.Therefore,improving the management of chemical laboratories is of great significance to the promotion of teaching reform in colleges and universities.
