摘  要:为了保证燃煤锅炉的燃烧效率,设计人员会结合锅炉结构及运行特性对燃煤性能中的各项参数进行设计,以确保锅炉能够达到设计的燃烧效率。但是很多火电厂为了节省成本,一般会采用掺烧的方式来提高经济效益,这样就会导致燃煤参数偏离设计值。由于掺烧技术不合理,不仅会影响锅炉燃烧热效率,而且还会影响锅炉运行的安全性和稳定性。首先阐述了煤质变化对锅炉运行产生的影响,然后对提高燃煤锅炉运行效率的优化措施进行分析,以提高电厂经济效益。In order to ensure the combustion efficiency of coal-fired boilers,designers will combine the structure and operating characteristics of the boiler to design various parameters in coal-fired performance to ensure that the boiler can achieve the designed combustion efficiency.However,in order to save costs,many thermal power plants generally adopt mixed combustion methods to improve economic benefits,which will cause coal combustion parameters to deviate from the design values.Due to the unreasonable blending technology,it will not only affect the combustion heat efficiency of the boiler,but also affect the safety and stability of the boiler operation.The article first expounds the impact of coal quality changes on the operation of the boiler,and then analyzes the optimization measures to improve the operating efficiency of coal-fired boilers to improve the economic benefits of power plants.
