摘 要:为提升垃圾焚烧发电固废处置在规定时间内的处置量,提出垃圾焚烧发电固废处置技术。首先利用模糊神经网络模型对垃圾焚烧发电固废处置等级进行评估,确定垃圾焚烧发电固废处置程度;然后根据评估定级确定固废炭化机炭化参数,包括时间、温度、炭化量等;最后利用固废炭化机对垃圾焚烧发电固废进行炭化、分解、过滤脱水,以实现垃圾焚烧发电固废处置。经实验证明,此技术在规定时间内完成的垃圾焚烧发电固废处置量较高,具有一定的实际应用前景。In order to improve the disposal capacity of solid waste from waste incineration power generation within the specified time,this paper puts forward a discussion on solid waste disposal technology of waste incineration power generation.Firstly,the fuzzy neural network model is used to evaluate the level of solid waste disposal of waste incineration power generation to determine the degree of solid waste disposal;secondly,the carbonization parameters of the solid waste carbonizer,including time,temperature and carbonization amount,are determined according to the evaluation and grading;finally,the solid waste from incineration power generation is carbonized,decomposed,filtered and dehydrated by the solid waste carbonizer,so as to realize waste incineration Disposal of solid waste from power generation.The experimental results show that the solid waste disposal capacity of MSW incineration power generation completed in the specified time is relatively high,which has a certain practical application prospect.
