锦州白沙污水厂生物池升级改造工艺设计

摘　　要：锦州白沙污水厂原采用A/O工艺作为二级生物处理工艺,出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中的二级标准,现进行升级改造,利用原有混凝土构筑物,采用RBR(Root Biofilm Reactor,根系生物膜反应器)工艺,出水满足一级A标准。介绍了二级生物处理工艺选择、工程设计参数、设备配置情况,总结分析了RBR工艺的技术特点和要求。The A/O process was used as the secondary biological treatment process in Jinzhou Baisha wastewater treatment plant,and the effluent meets the secondary standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).Now,the original concrete structure is used,and the RBR(root biofilm reactor)process is adopted,and the effluent meets the class a standard.This paper introduces the selection of secondary biological treatment process,engineering design parameters,equipment configuration,etc.,and summarizes and analyzes the technical characteristics and requirements of RBR process.
