摘 要:目前常用的气举阀排液技术为常压气举阀排液技术,可以满足地层压力较低、井口回压低、举升深度要求不高的气井的气举排液。但随着页岩气的规模化开发,压裂气举一体化施工工艺逐步推广,以及一些新区高井口回压情况下的排液需求不断增多,常压气举阀已经不能满足要求。根据彭水地区常压页岩气勘探开发排液采气现场需要,通过设计研发一种高压气举阀及工作筒,并优化气举参数设计,形成了高压气举阀排液技术,并在现场成功应用。At present the the commonly used in gas-lift drainage is the normal-pressure gas lift valve,which can meet the drainage need of gas wells with low formation pressure,low wellhead back pressure and low-lifting depth.However,the normal-pressure gas lift valve can not adapt the requirements as the integrated constraction of fracturing-gas lift is gradually popularized with the development of shale gas,while the demand for liquid discharge under the condition of high wellhead back pressure in some new block is increasing.In this paper,according to the needs of normal-pressure shale gas exploration and development in Pengshui block,a high-pressure gas lift valve and working mandrel are designed and the gas lift parameters is optimized to form a high pressure gas lift valve drainage technology,and successfully applied in the field.
